After upgrading or installing version 100, the Acronis backup plugin is missing for cPanel end-users.
– Acronis UI is getting broken in WHM
– Accessing Acronis backup in cPanel returns a HTTP 404 error.
Description
cPanel version 100 uses the new Jupiter theme as the default theme instead of paper_lantern. Issue is caused by recent UI changes in cPanel.
Workaround
Install a build with the fix manually:
1. Download cPanel plugin build 559 from here onto the server where the plugin needs to be updated
2. Manually update the installation by running command:
[root@nod]# rpm -Uvh acronis-backup-cpanel-1.7-559.el7.x86_64.rpm
